Applied August 29, 2025, this hotfix responds to one of the loudest pieces of post-launch feedback: Zois were dying far too often to the new natural disasters.

The inZOI team has issued guidelines for Canvas covering two separate problems: people stealing other Creators' work, and the automated moderation system flagging legitimate content by mistake.

A single-issue hotfix on August 25, 2025, build 20250825.6945.W for Windows PC (Steam).

Two days after launch, August 22, 2025 brought a broader hotfix — most of it aimed at City Trips, the new travel system that has become the update's biggest source of problems.

The Island Getaway DLC brings a wardrobe to match the islands: 49 new character items built around ocean, sunshine, and bohemian styling.

Separate from the DLC, the base v0.3.0 update adds 56 character customization items — breezy casual wear through to vintage festival outfits.

A hotfix landed the same day as the Island Getaway launch, on August 20, 2025, cleaning up the first issues found in the new systems.

inZOI: Island Getaway is out. To mark the game's first DLC, the event page gained a fresh wave of content — and a screenshot competition, Postcards from Cahaya, is now running.

The August update is comfortably the largest inZOI has had. Alongside the free inZOI: Island Getaway DLC, v0.3.0 brings the game to Mac, lets Zois travel between cities, and adds swimming, fishing, farming, mining, loans, insurance and 14 vehicles. It went live on August 20, 2025.
