Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 5, 2025
Last Updated: August 7, 2026
Welcome to inZOI Game Tips ("us", "we", or "our"). We operate the website located at https://inzoitips.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our Site. We are committed to transparency and minimal data collection.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
We do not require registration, do not offer user accounts, and do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information unless you choose to contact us.
1. Voluntary Contact
If you email us (e.g., privacy@inzoitips.com), we collect your email address and the content of your message solely for the purpose of responding. We do not use this information for marketing or share it with third parties.
2. Usage Data & Analytics
When you visit the Site, we collect limited technical and usage data:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use GA4 to understand general usage patterns and improve the Site. GA4 collects anonymized data including:
- Pages visited
- Session duration
- Browser and device type
- General (approximate) geographic location
- IP Anonymization: Your IP address is anonymized before processing and storage.
- Consent-Based Tracking: In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics storage is set to denied by default and only enabled if you consent in the message shown on your first visit. If you decline, no GA4 cookies are set.
3. Advertising (Google AdSense)
The Site is funded by advertising served through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads and, where you have consented, to personalise them based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, no advertising cookies are set until you make a choice in the consent message. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time via Cookie Settings in the footer.
- Elsewhere, personalised advertising is enabled by default. You can opt out of personalised ads at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.
- Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Partner Sites Policy.
We never send your email address or any information you provide to us directly to advertisers.
4. Cloudflare CDN
The Site uses Cloudflare to provide security (e.g., protection against malicious traffic) and optimize performance. Cloudflare may log basic technical information such as IP addresses, but does not use it for profiling or advertising. Their practices are governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Legal Basis (Under GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and processing your information depends on the context:
- Consent: For analytics cookies, advertising cookies, and any other non-essential storage. Collected through a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) that supports the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework.
- Legitimate Interests: For responding to email inquiries and maintaining the technical security and reliability of the Site.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to messages you send us.
- Understand general trends and improve the Site’s content and performance (via aggregated analytics).
- Monitor the Site’s security and technical health.
We do not sell your data, and we never share anything you send us by email with third parties.
Advertising is the exception to the sentence above and worth being clear about: the Site carries Google AdSense, and Google receives usage data through those ad units in order to serve and measure advertising. Where you have consented, that data may also be used to personalise the ads you see. See Advertising above.
Cookies and Tracking
Cookies are small files stored on your device. The Site uses three categories:
| Category | Purpose | Consent required |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Basic site function and remembering your consent choice. | No |
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4, used to see which pages get read and where people drop off. | Yes |
| Advertising | Google AdSense, used to serve ads and, with consent, personalise them. | Yes |
Managing your choice
If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, a consent message appears on your first visit. Nothing in the Analytics or Advertising categories is set until you respond to it. To change your mind later, use Cookie Settings in the footer of any page.
If you are outside those regions, analytics and advertising are enabled by default under local opt-out rules. You can still opt out through:
- Google Ads Settings for ad personalisation
- aboutads.info for participating ad networks
- The Google Analytics Opt-Out browser add-on
- Your browser's own cookie controls, which work everywhere
How consent is handled technically
The Site uses Google Consent Mode v2. Storage is set to denied for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland before any Google script loads, and only changes if you consent. The consent message itself is served by a Google-certified CMP registered with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2).

Data Retention
- Emails: Retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry.
- Analytics Data: Stored by Google Analytics according to the retention settings we configure (typically 14 months), after which it is deleted automatically.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect the limited data we collect. This includes protections provided by our infrastructure partners, such as Cloudflare. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International Data Transfers
Some services we use (e.g., Google Analytics, Cloudflare) may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on mechanisms like Standard Contractual Clauses or Adequacy Decisions to ensure an adequate level of protection.
Your Rights (GDPR & Others)
If applicable under your local laws, especially if you reside in the EEA, you may have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@inzoitips.com. We may ask you to verify your identity.
Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
External Links
Our Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies separately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance.
