The March 31, 2026 hotfix cleans up the anniversary update's ageing and birthday systems — including one bug where NPCs were spontaneously turning into babies.

Rollback

Shoulder View's Camera Collision Correction has been re-enabled, reverting a v0.7.0 change. The team says a future update will make it a toggle you control.

Gameplay fixes

• Fixed some NPCs turning into babies or children.
• Fixed Zois ageing up despite the Age Off option or the stopAging cheat — the new birthday-based ageing was overriding both.
• Fixed a newborn in a waiting family behaving abnormally after ageing up and moving in.
• Fixed "Give Massage" not appearing on sofas.
• Fixed incorrect interaction positions with toddlers, and babysitters teleporting toddlers to the front gate.

Other fixes

• CAZ — fixed child outfit presets not applying correctly after saving, and infinite loading when finishing an outfit change in CAZ after travelling to another city.
• Build Mode — fixed 3 Dowon Sandeul House presets missing roofs, and a bug where moving a pool room to the first floor made the entire second floor unwallable.
• Mods — fixed deleting a mod in the new Mod Management UI unintentionally disabling unrelated mods. Worth knowing if you tidied your mod list this week.
• (Mac only) Fixed shortcuts breaking after holding Command, clicking, and releasing.
