The first hotfix following the June update is live. Version 20250616.4636.W was applied on June 16, 2025 (UTC), addressing several issues players hit in the days after launch.

Bug fixes

• Fixed the popup shown in Intel 13th and 14th generation CPU environments being unclickable.
• Fixed the cheat console shortcut not working properly in certain environments.
• Fixed student-aged NPCs generating infinitely.
• Fixed an intermittent crash when moving lots after ending a schedule.
• Fixed changes to the class value in the Browse Mods tab not applying immediately.

Getting the cheat console open

If the shortcut still isn't responding, press Ctrl and Shift first, then C. Make sure the Enable Cheats toggle is switched on via Psycat's Advice before using it — see our cheats guide.

New game required

The student NPC fix applies only to games started fresh via "New Game".
