Krafton has launched the official inZOI Forums at forum.playinzoi.com, created in response to player feedback that reporting bugs — and finding others hitting the same problem — was harder than it should be.

What the forums cover

• Bug Reports — report issues and find similar cases from other players.
• Tech Support — help with crashes, performance, and other technical problems.
• Wishlist — suggestions for existing features or new content.
• Mod Q&A — modding creation, compatibility, and troubleshooting.
• Tips & Guides — gameplay advice, tutorials, and Zoi or building tips.

One limitation to know

The forums currently only support English posts. The team acknowledged this is inconvenient for non-English-speaking Creators and said language accessibility will improve in future updates.

Existing channels aren't going anywhere — customer support, the official Discord, and Steam Community Discussions all continue as before. This adds a searchable, public place for issues that previously scattered across Discord threads.
