The inZOI team has issued guidelines for Canvas covering two separate problems: people stealing other Creators' work, and the automated moderation system flagging legitimate content by mistake.

Creation theft is prohibited

The team says it has seen cases of users downloading another Creator's work, modifying or deleting the original author information, and re-uploading it to Canvas.

Explicitly prohibited:

• Re-uploading someone else's work after altering or removing the original author information.
• Any other form of theft or plagiarism that infringes Creators' rights.

Confirmed cases can result in blocked posts and restrictions on Canvas usage under the Terms of Service.

Auto-moderation is over-flagging

Canvas runs automated moderation to keep the platform safe, and the team acknowledged it sometimes gets it wrong — legitimate creations being labelled "Sensitive Content" or temporarily blocked.

What happens next:

• Mistakenly flagged or blocked content will be reviewed in sequence, with restrictions lifted where the content is legitimate.

The team says it will keep tuning the system. If you've had a build or Zoi wrongly flagged, the support route is the fast path rather than waiting for the queue.
