Is inZOI Available on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S Now?​

No, inZOI is not currently available to play natively on PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S.

The game launched into Early Access exclusively on PC (via Steam) on March 28, 2025. At this time, there are no official console versions available for purchase or download on the PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store.

When Will inZOI Release on Consoles?​

Krafton, the developer, has officially confirmed plans to bring inZOI to next-generation consoles. However, the console release will happen after the PC Early Access period concludes, allowing the team to refine the game based on PC player feedback first.

  • Expected Timeline: While no exact date has been announced, the console versions (PS5 and Xbox Series X|S) are anticipated to release sometime in late 2025 or early 2026.

Can I Play inZOI on My Console Using Cloud Gaming Services?​

While technically possible to attempt loading some cloud services via a console browser, it's not an officially supported, stable, or enjoyable way to play inZOI. Console players are best served by waiting for the native, optimized PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions.

While technically intriguing, using cloud gaming services through your console's web browser to play the PC version of inZOI is generally not a feasible or recommended solution. Here's why:

  • GeForce NOW: This service is officially supported for inZOI on PC/Mac, but it does not currently support inZOI access via console browsers, nor is the console experience optimized for this service.
  • Boosteroid & Shadow PC:
    • Official Support: Neither Boosteroid nor Shadow PC officially supports consoles as primary client devices. Their main clients are PC, Mac, mobile apps, or web browsers on computers/mobile devices.
    • Browser Access: It might be technically possible to load the web versions of Boosteroid or Shadow PC on the PS5 or Xbox built-in web browsers.
    • Community Reports: Some users might report limited success, particularly with Boosteroid via browser, but this is highly experimental and unofficial.
    • Major Drawbacks:
      • Control Issues: Console browsers are not designed for complex keyboard and mouse input needed for these services and PC games. While you might connect Bluetooth peripherals to the console, browser compatibility and performance can be very poor.
      • Performance & Stability: Console web browsers are not optimized for intensive, low-latency video streaming required by cloud gaming. Expect significant input lag, visual artifacts, and instability.
      • User Experience: Navigating the cloud service interface and the game itself via a console browser is likely to be cumbersome and frustrating.
  • Alternative (Better if Applicable): Smart TV Apps: If your console is connected to a smart TV (especially one running Android TV/Google TV), you would have a much better experience installing the dedicated Boosteroid or Shadow PC apps directly onto the TV itself, bypassing the console entirely.
